Just a quick update from the weekend in between training, packing, a funeral and general panic before leaving the country for 6 months.
I was given my purple belt at the combat base group training day this Sunday by Helen Currie. I will have lots to say about both the day and this great honor which will probably have to wait until Wednesday when I have a nice wait at heathrow airport where I will have some ample bloging time.
In the meantime check out a few pictures from the day at the usual Factory Flickr. >>>>>>>>>>

LOL!
I like Faixa ‘Rosa’, has a nice air to it.
The great untold truth is, BJJ rank has nothing to do with training, but funnily enough, lots of time spent blogging nice things about your instructors coincidentally brings swift rewards. Well I’m just sayin’!
