Today I finished my notice at the Job I have been doing for 3 years with mentally ill kids. It was slightly emotional but now I’m officially free without a care in the world and headed as far from the place as I can possibly get.
The competition on Saturday is shaping up to be a good day followed by the annual combat base group training day before I depart for 6 months.
My only worry now is that B.A. are possibly about to strike. I will just have to start throwing some flying arm bars at the airport to get people back in the mood.
Training tomorrow should shape up to be good. I’m going to work my guard retention as a last ditch drill for the comp. Its the only thing I have been avoiding lately. Saying that I’m not pressuring any outcome for this competition. I have at least 2 fights so I’m going to have some fun.

Good luck in Bristol. Wish I could be there to watch/compete.
With all this shite weather, I bet Oz sounds more and more delicious by the day.

Thanks Seymour, I was wondering if you were going to be there, never mind there will be plenty more.
The weather is one thing… a repeat of another footballer being dragged through national media dirt is another so yes… Oz beckons.
