Appreciate the comment all the same and i completely know what you mean about enjoying training again. Doing comps should be for the right reasons.

We are having students putting too much pressure on themselves to compete too.  Some are doing competitions so much and putting so much pressure on themselves it&#039;s actually limiting their growth and taking away from what they enjoy about grappling. Sometimes you gotta go back and think about what got you to where you are and kept your on the mats; which was probably enjoying rolling, getting better at doing your favourite moves and picking up surprising new details that evolve your game.

Btw, that&#039;s by student Ranjeet in the picture, where was it taken?</description>
