Over the next couple of weeks Factory BJJ’s very own James “Meat” Nardone will be taking to the cage for his first ever MMA match.

I asked him if i could be his cut man and make a small documentary about it. So stay tuned for what is sure to be an interesting cut about the transition from BJJ to MMA.
My personal MMA aspirations are to get solid at BJJ (for me that means a high end purple or even brown belt) before I even dig out my boxing gloves.
